500 USDT Web3 Support-Safety Sprint
A five-day sprint for Web3, wallet, exchange, AI, and community teams that need safer support macros, escalation rules, and customer-facing wording without sharing private customer records.
The sprint uses only public docs, anonymized examples, or client-written summaries. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords, customer PII, internal tokens, or screenshots that expose sensitive data.
Deliverables
- 15 support-safe response macros for common wallet, deposit, bridge, scam, community, or onboarding questions.
- One escalation map covering urgent, high, standard, and product-policy review paths.
- Three community safety posts or pinned-message drafts.
- One help-center outline with 5 article titles and recommended section structure.
- One weekly insight-report template for support and community teams.
Timeline
- Day 1: review public docs, community FAQ, support language, and anonymous examples.
- Day 2-3: draft macros, safety warnings, and escalation map.
- Day 4: revise wording against product boundaries and unsafe-support risks.
- Day 5: deliver final Markdown packet and one concise implementation checklist.
Acceptance Criteria
- No macro asks for or accepts seed phrases, private keys, passwords, OTPs, or remote-control sessions.
- Each macro clearly distinguishes education from legal, tax, trading, security, or wallet-recovery advice.
- Escalation language is usable by human moderators or support agents without needing private customer data.
- Final packet is delivered in Markdown and can be copied into Notion, Zendesk, Intercom, GitBook, or a help center.
