The Transaction Hash
A transaction hash is a public identifier for one on-chain transaction. It is safe to share with support because it does not give wallet control. It helps support verify status, network, asset, and timing.
Important Fields

Status Versus Account Credit
A transaction can be successful on-chain but not yet credited by an exchange. The exchange may require a number of confirmations, internal checks, or supported network matching.
Privacy Reminder
Public addresses and transaction hashes can reveal activity patterns. Share only what is needed for support, and do not combine them with personal details in public channels.
