Refunds Depend On The Product Type

A card purchase, exchange deposit, on-chain transfer, and merchant payment can have very different refund paths. Before writing support, identify whether the issue is an order refund, failed payment, duplicate charge, pending authorization, exchange credit, or irreversible on-chain transfer.

Do Not Include Sensitive Information

Avoid sending seed phrases, private keys, passwords, two-factor codes, full card numbers, identity documents, or full account screenshots in a normal email or public chat. Use secure upload flows only when the platform explicitly provides them.
