Implementation handoff
AI Implementation Handoff Template
A clean handoff prevents customer success from inheriting a vague account, unclear workflow, missing support macros, and unknown product risks.
Keep the handoff privacy-safe. Use public product context, fictional examples, or approved anonymized scenarios only. Do not include raw tickets, private CRM exports, credentials, API keys, PHI, legal files, payment data, or confidential customer records.
